Éxodo 30:16

וְלָקַחְתָּ֞ אֶת־כֶּ֣סֶף הַכִּפֻּרִ֗ים מֵאֵת֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְנָתַתָּ֣ אֹת֔וֹ עַל־עֲבֹדַ֖ת אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְהָיָה֩ לִבְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל לְזִכָּרוֹן֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה לְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶֽם׃ פ

καὶ λήμψῃ τό ἀργύριον τῆς εἰσφορᾶς παρὰ τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ, καὶ δώσεις αὐτὸ εἰς κάτεργον τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ ἔσται τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ μνημόσυνον ἔναντι κυρίου, καὶ ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ τῶν ψυχῶν ὑμῶν.

Y tomarás de los hijos de Israel el dinero de las expiaciones, y lo darás para la obra del tabernáculo del testimonio: y será por memoria á los hijos de Israel delante de Jehová, para expiar vuestras personas.

Take the atonement money from the Israelites and use it for the service of the Tent of Meeting. It will serve as a memorial for the Israelites before the LORD to make atonement for your lives.” The Bronze Basin (Exodus 38:8)
