וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹסֵף אֶל־הָעָם הֵן קָנִיתִי אֶתְכֶם הַיּוֹם וְאֶת־אַדְמַתְכֶם לְפַרְעֹה הֵֽא־לָכֶם זֶרַע וּזְרַעְתֶּם אֶת־הָאֲדָמָֽה׃

Dixit ergo Joseph ad populos: En ut cernitis, et vos et terram vestram Pharao possidet: accipite semina, et serite agros,
Y José dijo al pueblo: He aquí os he hoy comprado y á vuestra tierra para Faraón: ved aquí simiente, y sembraréis la tierra.
Then Joseph said to the people, “ Now that I have acquired you and your land for Pharaoh this day, here is seed for you to sow in the land.
