Cumque extendisset Moyses manum super mare, abstulit illud Dominus flante vento vehementi et urente tota nocte, et vertit in siccum: divisaque est aqua.
Y extendió Moisés su mano sobre la mar, é hizo Jehová que la mar se retirase por recio viento oriental toda aquella noche; y tornó la mar en seco, y las aguas quedaron divididas.
Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove back the sea with a strong east wind that turned it into dry land. So the waters were divided,
