Numbers 22:34

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר בִּלְעָ֜ם אֶל־מַלְאַ֤ךְ יְהוָה֙ חָטָ֔אתִי כִּ֚י לֹ֣א יָדַ֔עְתִּי כִּ֥י אַתָּ֛ה נִצָּ֥ב לִקְרָאתִ֖י בַּדָּ֑רֶךְ וְעַתָּ֛ה אִם־רַ֥ע בְּעֵינֶ֖יךָ אָשׁ֥וּבָה לִּֽי׃

καὶ εἶπεν Βαλαὰμ τῷ ἀγγέλῳ κυρίου Ἡμάρτηκα, οὐ γὰρ ἠπιστάμην ὅτι σύ μοι ἀνθέστηκας ἐν τῆ ὁδῷ εἰς συνόντησιν· καὶ νῦν εἰ μή σοι ἀρέσκει, ἀποστραφήσομαι.

Entonces Balaam dijo al ángel de Jehová: He pecado, que no sabía que tú te ponías delante de mí en el camino: mas ahora, si te parece mal, yo me volveré.

“ I have sinned,” Balaam said to the angel of the LORD, “ for I did not realize that you were standing in the road to confront me. And now, if this is displeasing in your sight, I will go back home.”
