Leviticus 1:12

וְנִתַּ֤ח אֹתוֹ֙ לִנְתָחָ֔יו וְאֶת־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ וְאֶת־פִּדְר֑וֹ וְעָרַ֤ךְ הַכֹּהֵן֙ אֹתָ֔ם עַל־הָֽעֵצִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הָאֵ֔שׁ אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃

καὶ διελοῦσιν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη, καὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ· καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν αὐτὰ οἱ ἱεραῖς ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου,

Y lo dividirá en sus piezas, con su cabeza y su redaño; y el sacerdote las acomodará sobre la leña que está sobre el fuego, que habrá encima del altar;

He is to cut the animal into pieces, and the priest shall arrange them, including the head and fat, atop the burning wood that is on the altar.
