Genesis 4:1

וְהָ֣אָדָ֔ם יָדַ֖ע אֶת־חַוָּ֣ה אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ וַתַּ֙הַר֙ וַתֵּ֣לֶד אֶת־קַ֔יִן וַתֹּ֕אמֶר קָנִ֥יתִי אִ֖ישׁ אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃

Ἀδὰμ δὲ ἔγνω Εὕαν τὴν γυναῖκα αὐτοῦ, καὶ συνέλαβεν κα ἔτεκεν τὸν Κάιν. καὶ εἶπεν Ἐκτησάμην ἄνθρωπον διὰ τοῦ θεοῦ.

Y CONOCIÓ Adam á su mujer Eva, la cual concibió y parió á Caín, y dijo: Adquirido he varón por Jehová.

And Adam had relations with his wife Eve, and she conceived and gave birth to Cain. “ With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man,” she said.
