Exodus 30:12

כִּ֣י תִשָּׂ֞א אֶת־רֹ֥אשׁ בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֘ל לִפְקֻדֵיהֶם֒ וְנָ֨תְנ֜וּ אִ֣ישׁ כֹּ֧פֶר נַפְשׁ֛וֹ לַיהוָ֖ה בִּפְקֹ֣ד אֹתָ֑ם וְלֹא־יִהְיֶ֥ה בָהֶ֛ם נֶ֖גֶף בִּפְקֹ֥ד אֹתָֽם׃

Ἐὰν λάβῃς τὸν συλλογισμὸν τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἐν τῇ ἐπισκοπῇ αὐτῶν, καὶ δώσουσιν ἕκαστος λύτρα τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ κυρίῳ, καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἐν αὐτοῖς πτῶσις ἐν τῇ ἐπισκοπῇ αὐτῶν.

Cuando tomares el número de los hijos de Israel conforme á la cuenta de ellos, cada uno dará á Jehová el rescate de su persona, cuando los contares, y no habrá en ellos mortandad por haberlos contado.

“ When you take a census of the Israelites to number them, each man must pay the LORD a ransom for his life when he is counted. Then no plague will come upon them when they are numbered.
