Deuteronomy 7:2

וּנְתָנָ֞ם יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ לְפָנֶ֖יךָ וְהִכִּיתָ֑ם הַחֲרֵ֤ם תַּחֲרִים֙ אֹתָ֔ם לֹא־תִכְרֹ֥ת לָהֶ֛ם בְּרִ֖ית וְלֹ֥א תְחָנֵּֽם׃

καὶ παραδώσει αὐτοὺς κύριος ὁ θεός σου εἰς τ·ὰς χεῖράς σου, καὶ πατάξεις αὐτούς, ἀφανισμῷ ἀφανιεῖς αὐτούς· οὐ διαθήσῃ πρὸς αὐτοὺς διαθήκην, οὐδὲ μὴ ἐλεήσητε αὐτούς,

Y Jehová tu Dios las hubiere entregado delante de ti, y las hirieres, del todo las destruirás: no harás con ellos alianza, ni las tomarás á merced.

and when the LORD your God has delivered them over to you to defeat them, then you must devote them to complete destruction. Make no treaty with them and show them no mercy.
