וְשָׂם לָהּ עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים וְהוֹצִיא עָלֶיהָ שֵׁם רָע וְאָמַר אֶת־הָאִשָּׁה הַזֹּאת לָקַחְתִּי וָאֶקְרַב אֵלֶיהָ וְלֹא־מָצָאתִי לָהּ בְּתוּלִֽים׃

quæsieritque occasiones quibus dimittat eam, objiciens ei nomen pessimum, et dixerit: Uxorem hanc accepi, et ingressus ad eam non inveni virginem:
Y le pusiere algunas faltas, y esparciere sobre ella mala fama, y dijere: Esta tomé por mujer, y llegué á ella, y no la hallé virgen;
and he then accuses her of shameful conduct and gives her a bad name, saying, “ I married this woman and had relations with her, but I discovered she was not a virgin.”
